Furnace area:

Laboratory:

In order to ensure the production of qualified and economically efficient finished products, the accuracy of the test results is extremely important. At present, the purity of the finished product of China Factory C12300 Copper Strip is controlled between 60.02-60.08, and according to my statistics, the purity of each copper material submitted for inspection is about 60.9-62.20, and the results are satisfactory.


Cut off area:

The complete copper bar is hauled by a sling, placed steadily on a special cutting table, and then cut by a cutting wheel saw. Each copper block with a length, height and width of 100cm×9.2cm×18.5cm is made, and the weight is about 130kg. Then the copper strip surface washing machine will smooth the uneven surface of the copper strip, which is conducive to the flatness and smoothness of the copper strip surface processed in the later stage. At present, because the surface of the produced copper strips is not ideal, the thickness of 2mm is removed on both sides. If the copper strips still have protrusions after washing the surface, they can be polished with a grinding wheel.


Hot rolled area:

The cut copper strip is heated at a high temperature of 1000°C, and then hot-rolled to form a copper strip with a thickness of about 2.3 cm. During the period, I used a stopwatch to test the time when the copper strip was rolled into a rough copper strip. The first time was 01:47, the second time was 01:53, the third time was 01:59, and the fourth time was 01:44. The fifth time was 01:52. The average time for each strip above is 01:51, and this step processes 37 copper strips per hour on average.


Washing area:

Each piece of copper has undergone the blooming step, and due to the presence of impurities on the surface, in order to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product, it must go through the sealed furnace again and then undergo a water washing procedure. The washing area is divided into two types of pools according to different acidity. The high concentration is 6-8 degrees, and the low concentration is 3-5 degrees.


Rolling area

The rolling area is divided into 180 blooming rolling and 110 intermediate rolling according to the wheel and roll.
