2. Before each operation, first check whether the sawing parts are normal, add the coolant to adjust the belt tightness and the sawing fixed length scale to determine it before starting to saw.


3. Saw blade cooling liquid adopts hydrated white oil, and the ratio of oil to water is 1:10 to 1:20.


4. Adjust the cutting length size according to the production instruction.


5. In the process of sawing, always check the appearance quality of the sawn round bar. If it is found that it is not up to the standard, repair the defect that exceeds the standard, if it cannot be repaired, remove it during sawing.


6. Both ends of the ingot should be sawed off and not less than 200 mm. After sawing, check the length tolerance and cutting slope of the sawn cast rod, and deal with it if it is out of tolerance. If cracks and pores are found to be loose, it shall be judged to be scrapped and sawed off.


7. For each batch of 2014 aluminum round bar, one cut head and tail should be taken at will, and  15-20 mm slices at the front and back are taken for low magnification tissue analysis.


8. After sawing, the surface and both ends are not allowed to have connected aluminum chips and burrs.


9. The sawing surface should be kept clean to avoid man-made pollution to the maximum extent.


10. The operator should strengthen the quality awareness and do self-inspection and mutual inspection, and find the unqualified products to be rejected in time.


11. The sawn 6061 aluminum round bar is neatly placed in the basket, and the stacking height shall not exceed the maximum allowable height of the basket, and indicate the size, and print the melting number and shift number. The sanitation of the sawing machine and the surrounding work site shall be cleaned after the work is completed, and records shall be made.
