First, apply soldering flux to the welding part of aluminum parts, and then dip the hot soldering iron into the soldering area to preheat it. When the temperature rises, the soldering flux becomes thicker and thinner before adding some soldering flux and Soldering tin, make the soldering tin cover the soldering iron tip, and then rub the soldering iron tip before and after the welding place. The friction distance should not be too large. Generally, the soldering iron tip scratches the aluminum oxide film on the surface of the aluminum component between 3 and 5mm. It is impossible to produce a new oxide film at the welding place due to the molten tin covering and the air isolation, while the tin can get on the aluminum parts with the oxide film just removed in time. The equal-line molten tin changes from a spherical shape to a flat shape, indicating that the aluminum piece has been firmly bonded to the tin. At this time, stop the friction and wipe off the remaining solder while it is hot, and then weld with the wire head or other components that have been dipped in tin in advance. It's very convenient.

 

Second, first drop a few drops of dilute hydrochloric acid on the welding place of the aluminum component to remove the surface oxide film, wait for a while, then add a few drops of concentrated copper sulfate solution, and when the welding place is completely covered with copper, wash it off with water The excess copper sulfate solution and hydrochloric acid solution can be soldered with a 45-75W soldering iron, and the effect is good.

 

Third, take a piece of aluminum into the crucible and heat it to melt, then add 2 to 5 times the amount of tin to melt it for later use, and then it is very convenient to weld it according to the conventional method.

 

Fourth, on the clean aluminum surface, apply a layer of mercury nitrate solution, use a 100w soldering iron tip to eat more tin, and use the soldering iron tip to rub the soldering surface while applying the mercury nitrate solution. This can be welded firmly. But note: Mercury is toxic, so weld in a ventilated place, and do not use highly toxic mercury chloride.

 

Fifth, the aluminum parts are welded by the soil method. Prepare the white powder for sawing the glass fiber board in advance, place it on the surface of the welding place, and rub the welding surface with a 75w soldering iron until a layer of tin is attached to the aluminum surface, and then use a cloth to The mixture of white powder foam and rosin is removed, and then the general method can be used for welding. After practice, this method is simple and the welding effect is satisfactory.

 

You can also mix rosin and iron filings, then polish the aluminum surface with sandpaper, put the rosin and iron powder on the smooth surface of the welding place, rub the aluminum surface with a soldering iron repeatedly to eat a layer of tin, and then follow the general method. Smooth welding.

 

Finally, the sixth method is to polish the surface of the welding part of the aluminum part, and then drop a few drops of sewing machine oil. The amount of oil should be sufficient, and then use a sharp knife to scrape the welding part back and forth several times, and then use the soldering iron to dip the solder and rosin in the welding. Rub it back and forth, and the tin will quickly adhere firmly to the aluminum part. This method is also relatively simple and practical.
